第十二届船舶经纪人(上海)会议在沪成功举办
行业聚焦长期主义与全球海运格局重塑

在全球航运业面临复杂多变的地缘、能源与政策环境之际,第十二届船舶经纪人(上海)会议今日在沪成功举办。本届大会以“在不确定中前行:航运业的长期主义思维”为主题,吸引了来自船东、船厂、经纪商、金融机构、律所、船级社及行业媒体等140名业内人士参会,成为年末航运界备受关注的重要行业盛会。

Against a backdrop of geopolitical complexity, energy transition pressures, and shifting regulatory landscapes, the 12th Shipbrokers Forum and Gathering was successfully convened today in Shanghai. Under the theme “Navigating Uncertainty: Long-termism in Global Shipping,” the event brought together 140 participants from shipowners, shipyards, brokerage firms, financial institutions, law firms, classification societies, and maritime media, reaffirming its role as a major year-end gathering for the industry.

大会首先由上海海事大学党委副书记、副校长李志鹏致开幕词。李副校长在开幕致辞中表示,上海海事大学始终以建设世界一流海事大学为目标,积极服务上海国际航运中心建设,为高端航运服务业发展提供智力与人才支持。学校与行业长期保持紧密合作,围绕航运业数字化、绿色化、智能化转型开展大量研究,为行业发展提供决策咨询。
The leadership of SMU and CCS attended the event and delivered the opening remarks
The forum opened with remarks from Li Zhipeng, Vice President of Shanghai Maritime University. Li emphasized the university’s commitment to supporting Shanghai’s ambition to build a world-class international shipping center through research, talent development, and long-term industry collaboration.
第二位致开幕词的是中国船级社(CCS)副社长张庆文先生。张副社长表示,全球航运正面临地缘政治、能源转型、监管趋严等多重不确定性,但行业仍需以长期主义为方向,稳步推进绿色与智能化转型。他强调,船级社将在新燃料、新动力、安全标准及风险管理方面持续提供技术支撑,为船东、船厂、经纪人和金融机构提供更可靠的“确定性”。
The second opening address was delivered by Zhang Qingwen, Vice President of the China Classification Society (CCS). Zhang noted that global shipping faces intertwined uncertainties—from geopolitics and the energy transition to increasingly stringent regulations. He stressed that long-termism must guide the sector’s response, particularly in green and smart transformation. CCS, he said, will continue to provide technical certainty in areas such as new fuels, new propulsion systems, safety standards, and risk management.

张庆文在讲话中指出,LNG、甲醇、氨等多种燃料路线将长期并存,但安全底线必须坚守;减排应坚持务实路线,在 IMO 推迟净零框架的窗口期形成更多共识。当前船厂订单排至 2029 年,船队更新与绿色改造必须提前布局。中国船级社将深化全球服务网络,推动创新应用,加强与行业协同,共同构建技术信任和风险管理体系,助力航运业在变局中实现稳定与可持续发展。
Zhang highlighted that LNG, methanol, ammonia and other fuel pathways will coexist for a prolonged period, but safety must remain the industry’s bottom line. With IMO’s net-zero framework delayed, he called for pragmatic consensus-building. With shipyard orderbooks extending to 2029, fleet renewal and green retrofits require early planning. CCS will enhance its global network, advance innovation, and deepen industry collaboration to build a trusted technical and risk-management framework.
按会议从2023年开始形成的传统,每年年会将邀请一位老经纪人为大会致开幕词。本届会议的最后一位致辞嘉宾是来自汇远船舶的吴烨先生。吴烨表示,船舶经纪行业既是资金密集型产业,也是技术密集型产业,许多从业者来自造船、金融及其他行业,这正反映航运业与国民经济各领域的紧密关联。他介绍,汇远船舶源于三十多年前由汇丰银行在香港设立的专业经纪公司,亦体现了金融资本与航运产业的深度结合。
Following the tradition established in 2023, one senior shipbroker is invited each year to deliver an opening message. This year’s speaker was Mr. Wu Ye, General Manager of Hartland Shipping (Shanghai). Wu noted that shipbroking is both capital-intensive and technology-intensive, drawing professionals from shipbuilding, finance, and other sectors—reflecting shipping’s deep ties with the broader economy. He introduced Hartland’s origins as a in-house brokerage founded more than 30 years ago by HSBC in Hong Kong, illustrating the long-standing connection between finance and shipping.
他强调,经纪人行业需要一个能够汇聚不同背景专业人士的平台,共同探讨行业趋势。对航运经纪人俱乐部十余年来持续搭建交流平台、推动中国新造船指数(CNPI)的建立与发展表示高度肯定。该指数如今已成为国际造船市场的重要参考指标,体现了中国造船业崛起的缩影。
吴烨表示,经纪人的核心使命,是在合适的时间将合适的产品带给合适的客户,这看似简单却充满挑战。他呼吁行业同仁继续支持并善用这一平台,共同推动行业发展。
Wu emphasized the importance of a platform that brings together professionals from diverse backgrounds to shape industry understanding. He praised the Shipbrokers Club for its decade-long efforts in community building and for establishing the China Newbuilding Price Index (CNPI), now a key global reference for the shipbuilding market and a symbol of China’s shipbuilding rise. He concluded that the essence of shipbroking—matching the right product with the right client at the right time—remains simple in principle yet challenging in practice, calling on peers to continue supporting and leveraging this platform.

巴拿马驻上海总领事 Ramon Martinez Acha主旨发言中指出,全球海运正经历近几十年来最深刻的转型。当前的不确定性十分明显:全球已有 600 多艘替代燃料船订单;八成以上大型航运公司开始采用人工智能;近六成的新造船可使用替代燃料。这些都是结构性变化,而非短期波动。因此,长期主义至关重要。行业需要为未来 20–30 年做准备:港口加大绿色投资,船厂交付新燃料预备船舶,金融机构将可持续性纳入评估。在此背景下,巴拿马再次当选 IMO 理事会 A 类成员,继续坚持“质量优先”的战略,加强技术审查,提升船队安全与环保水平。船舶经纪人在连接市场与监管、引导船东转型方面作用关键。长期视角能把不确定转化为机遇。巴拿马将坚持质量、透明、现代化与长期合作。
Ramon Martinez Acha, Consul General of Panama in Shanghai, emphasize that long-termism is essential. It means making decisions today that remain relevant 20–30 years ahead. Ports are investing in green infrastructure, shipyards are delivering new fuel-ready vessels, and financial institutions are embedding sustainability in lending criteria.
