延期公告
鉴于近期本土新冠疫情零星散发和局部地区聚集性爆发的情况，为贯彻落实国家有关防疫要求，减少疫情传播风险，保障参会人员健康，经审慎考虑，决定将原定于2021年12月23日在上海举办的第九届船舶经纪人（上海）会议延期至2022年举办。具体时间等确定后另行公告。

自2013年起航运经纪人俱乐部每年年底在上海定期举办一场论坛，至今已经是第九届了。因会议主题紧紧围绕市场热点，不仅务实、接地气，而且有见地、有高度，所以获得了业界的认可，并成为上海国际航运会议的一个品牌和上海国际航运中心的一个亮点。
The Shipbro Forum & Shipbro Gathering Shanghai, which has been well received since 2013, will kick off its ninth annual conference on December 6th this year. In addition to shipbrokers, the participants of the forum include nearly all sectors of the market. The forum has attracted more and more attention from maritime society both at home and abroad and has become a highlight of shipping conference in China.

The themes of past conference are summarized as follows.
2020年的会议主题是“船舶投资和融资”，由航运经纪人俱乐部和东疆船舶资产管理有限公司共同联合主办。为了更加贴近主营业务，2021年东疆船舶资产管理有限正式更名为“东疆航运交易市场有限公司”（以下简称“交易市场”），并继续作为本届会议的联合主办方。
The theme of the 2020 conference was "Ship Investment and Finance" co-organized by the United Shipbrokers Club and Dongjiang Ship AMC. In order to get closer to the main business, Dongjiang Ship Asset Management Co., Ltd. officially changed its name to "Dongjiang Shipping Exchange Co., Ltd." (hereinafter called “the Exchange”) in 2021 and continued to serve as the co-organizer of this conference.
承接第八届会议的主题——船舶投资和融资，交易市场将致力于场提供一个公平、公正、专业的航运交易平台。它将继续保持与船舶经纪人的传统信任和友好关系，坚定地依靠船舶经纪人开拓更多、更深、更广的市场空间，并通过交易市场的制度和监督体系，为市场参与主体筛选专业水平高、职业操守好的经纪人，使得船舶经纪人及业界各方均可获得可靠而有价值的资源支持。未来，随着业界对交易市场的认可度提升，交易市场将不断提升服务能力和范围，最大程度地体现其市场价值。
Carrying on the theme of the 8th conference, i.e. ship investment and financing, the Exchange is committed to provide a fair, just and professional shipping exchange platform. It will continue to maintain and upgrade the traditional trust and friendly relationship with the shipbrokers to explore and develop deeper and broader market space. Through the regulatory and supervision system of the Exchange, we can select shipbrokers with high professional standards and good professional ethics for principles, so that all parties in the industry can obtain reliable and valuable resources. The theme of this conference is shipping exchange, focusing on the history, current situation and development trend of shipping exchange, discussing and explore new modes and new ideas of shipping exchange. In addition to shipbrokers, we invited well-known shipowners, banks, leasing companies and other financial institutions to attend the conference. We hope participants will actively participate in the discussion and share their own experiences and experiences.

陈波博士
Dr. Chen, Bo
陈波博士，现任中国海事仲裁委员会副秘书长兼仲裁院副院长，中国海商法协会秘书长。1984年毕业于中国政法大学法律本科专业，1987年获得该校国际法专业硕士学位。1999年获得国际海事组织马耳他国际海商法学院国际海商法硕士学位。2006年获得大连海事大学国际法专业（海商法）博士学位。曾在中央民族大学法律系担任讲师，自1993年调入中国海事仲裁委员会，先后担任副处长、处长、副秘书长等职，作为经办秘书和仲裁员处理过几百起经贸和海事、海商案件。现是中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、武汉仲裁委员会的在册仲裁员，温哥华海事仲裁员协会仲裁员、伦敦海事仲裁员协会支持会员，英国皇家特许仲裁员协会会员。
Dr. Chen, Bo is Deputy Secretary-General and Vice President of Arbitration Court of China Maritime Arbitration Commission. She got her Bachelor degree of Law and Master degree of International Law from China University of Political Science in 1984 and 1987 respectively. In 1999 she got her Master degree of International Maritime Law from International Maritime Law Institute of International Maritime Organization, Malta. In 2006 she got Doctor Degree of International Law from Dalian Maritime University. She has taught maritime law and international law in Central University of Nationalities in Beijing. Since 1993, she serves in the China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), and has handled hundreds of maritime and commercial arbitration cases. Main areas of practice cover charterparties, bills of lading, ship sale and repairing, sale of goods, investment and insurance etc. She is also Secretary- General of China Maritime Law Association and Visiting Professor of China University of Political Science and Law, the Arbitrator of CIETAC and VMAA, Supporting member of LMAA and Member of CIarb.

James Huang
黄今先生于1996年加入挪威船级社（DNV)，获得了高级主任验船师和主任审核师的职称，并先后供职于挪威船级社挪威总部，香港，新加坡，中国等国家的地区，担任挪威船级社全球高管委员会成员，大中华区市场与业务发展总监，大中华区副总经理等管理职位。
挪威船级社（DNV) 与德国劳氏船级社（GL) 于2013年合并成立了新的集团公司，即DNV GL集团，同年被任命为集团副总裁。黄今先生长期致力于推动航运业的可持续性发展。
黄今先生毕业于哈尔滨工程大学船舶与海洋工程专业，同时拥有中欧国际工商学院颁发的工商管理硕士学位及洛桑国际管理学院颁发的相关毕业证书。
James Huang
Vice President of DNV GL
Mr. Huang joined DNV in 1996, since then he has been working in different organizations in DNV and DNV GL such as China, Norway, Hong Kong and Singapore with various technical and managerial positions and roles including senior principal surveyor and auditor, market and business development director and deputy regional manager for Maritime Greater China, member of Senior Management Council etc.
DNV and GL merged into a new group i.e. DNV GL in 2013, in
the same year Mr. Huang was appointed as Vice President of
DNV GL.
Mr. Huang has been devoted to the promotion of sustainable
maritime development.
Graduated from Harbin Engineering University majoring in
Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Mr. Huang holds a
MBA degree from China Europe International Business School,
and as well as obtained the graduation certificate from IMD.

Han Ning
韩宁领导德路里中国办公室，并在德路里咨询团队任高级顾问。她于2011年加入德路里，并曾在德路里新加坡工作一段时间。她领导德路里中国所有板块的业务，包括定期航运市场分析报告、航运和港口咨询项目以及航运物流项目等。她负责的项目主要包括航运码头企业的战略发展规划、海外项目投资战略和市场评估，商业分析和尽职调查、IPO、投资机会评估、费率基准评估、风险评估等。项目遍布非洲、地中海、中东、南亚、东南亚、中南美洲及加勒比海地区等。服务的企业包括：招商局集团、中远海运集团、中国港湾、中国路桥、振华重工、中信保、中非基金、丝路基金、中国机械设备工程、上港集团，招银租赁、交银租赁、山东海运等。
Han Ning is head of Drewry China operation and a senior consultant in Drewry consultancy arm. She oversees Drewry China in all sectors including maritime research, shipping and port projects, as well as supply chain projects. She joined Drewry in 2011 and has worked in Drewry Singapore office prior to Shanghai. With Drewry, she has been leading various port, shipping, and some logistics projects. Her project experience includes commercial analysis and due diligence, company strategy formulation, IPOs, investment opportunities assessment, tariff benchmarking, risk assessment, etc. Her project experience covers various regions including China, Africa, SEA, South Asia, Mediterranean, Australia, South America and North America. Clients she has been working with include China Merchant, Cosco, China Harbor, China Rail and Bridge Co, ZPMC, Sinosure, China-Africa Fund, Silk Road Fund, China Machinery & Engineering Co, SIPG, Shandong Shipping and financial leasing companies in China.
Angelica Kemene
Angelica Kemene is leading the Market Analysis & Intelligence department of Optima Shipping Services covering all sectors in shipping and shipbuilding. She advises clients around the world on shipping and financial markets developments, assisting them with shipping investment, strategy and chartering decisions.
Clemens Toepfer
Clemens Toepfer started his shipping career at Hamburg-Süd in Germany. Later on he went on to work for some years with Cargill in the US and Oldendorff in Singapore. In 1999 at the age of 30 he joined his father's ship broking company Toepfer Transport in Hamburg. Today he is the managing director at Toepfer Transport, one of the largest S&P Brokers in Hamburg. Clemens Toepfer is leading in particular the container desk in the office. Besides his shipping activities, he is very active in various public and private foundations acting in the fields of arts and culture. Clemens Toepfer holds a first honors Bachelor degree (Business Studies) from the University of Buckingham in the UK.
George Dermatis
George Dermatis was born in Athens, Greece and holds a BSc degree from Warwick University (England) in Economics and Management, LLM in Maritime Law from Cardiff University (Wales) and MSc in Shipping, Trade & Finance from Cass Business School (London).
He began his career working in shipbroking companies in Oslo and London. Having acquired basic work experience, he returned to Greece and joined his family business, Intermodal Shipbrokers. In 2005, Intermodal established a representative office in Shanghai offering the same range of services and in 2009, George, was appointed Managing Director for a period of 4 years where he led the expansion of the office and its scope of work. Upon his return to Greece, he took over the helm of Intermodal group. Today Intermodal employs more than 45 brokers in 3 different offices around the globe and offers a wide range of solutions to shipping that cover the vessel's entire lifecycle. He is a member of the BOD at the Greek Shipping-Shipbroking Companies Association (GSSCA).

执业于上海四维乐马律师事务所（Sloma & Co.），任合伙人，中华全国律师协会海事海商专业委员会委员，华东政法大学特聘教授，上海市人文社科重点研究基地—上海市海商法研究中心学术评审委员会委员。周琦律师长期从事海商海事、国际贸易、民商事、公司法等领域的法学教育、研究以及法律实务的处理，有扎实的理论功底和丰富的实践经验，擅长于解决诉讼、仲裁等纠纷，对疑难案件的处理有独到之处。同时，周琦律师还担任多家大中型航运企业的常年法律顾问。
He works in Shanghai Sloma & Co. as a partner, a member of all china lawyers association Maritime and Maritime Professional Committee, distinguished professor of East China University of Political Science and Law, and a member of the Academic Review Committee of Shanghai Maritime and Commercial Law Research Center, a key research base of Shanghai humanities and social sciences. He has long been engaged in legal education, research and legal practice in maritime affairs, international trade, civil and commercial affairs, company law and other fields. He has a solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience, is good at solving disputes such as litigation and arbitration, and is unique in handling difficult cases. At the same time, he also served as perennial legal counsel for many large and medium-sized shipping companies.

Mr. Dai Yuxin has served as a faculty member at the Law School of Shanghai Maritime University since 1999, engaging in teaching and research on maritime, civil and commercial law. While serving as a faculty member, Mr. Dai Yuxin has also worked as a lawyer since 2002. He has provided legal services for shipping, insurance, finance, logistics, and trading companies for many years and during which he handled a large number of shipping and insurance litigation cases. He is especially good at handling major and difficult cases with excellent control and deep understanding. His work and achievement have won acclaims from the industry.
Main scientific research and commissioned projects:
- Participated twice in the scientific research work of the revision project of the Maritime Law of P.R. China in force as commissioned by the Ministry of Transport and formed research reports;
- Participated in the "China Shipping Law" legislative project as commissioned by the Ministry of Transport;
- Responsible for the development of standard texts for sales of second-hand ship as commissioned by Shanghai Shipping Exchange;
- Responsible for the development of standard texts for charter party as commissioned by the China Maritime Arbitration Commission;
- Participated in a special research project on the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center;
- Responsible for the development of standard contracts for sales of ships via ship auction platform, as commissioned by the China Maritime Arbitration Commission;
- Participated in a research project regarding the financial risks and prevention in logistics supply chain as commissioned by COSCO Logistics.

2.费用包括本次会议服务、会议资料及会议期间的用餐、茶歇。差旅不包含在会务费中。
Payment includes conference services, materials and meals. Travelling expenses are not included.
3.请您在报名后的五个工作日内安排付款，并在付款后把底单回传至以下邮箱：secretariat@shipbrokers.org.cn
Please settle the payment within five working days upon the application, and send the remittance advice slip to secretariat@shipbrokers.org.cn
4.所有银行手续费由参会代表自理，若当地银行转账要求交纳税款，也请参会代表自理。
Applicants need to handle additional bank service charges or taxes for the remittance.
5.取消参会：若您在12月20日前取消参会，我们将扣除30%的参会费用作为手续费，若在12月20日后取消参会，将不予返还参会费用。如有特殊情况，参会代表可以变动。
Cancellation policy: for cancellations before December 20th, we will charge you 30% of the payment as service fees; for cancellation after December 20th, no refund will be given. It you are unable to attend, a substitute applicant may attend in your place, only in exceptional circumstances.
